I am forwarding you this email from the Collector Car Council of Colorado that explains a few awards my 1925 Buick received at the Rocky Mountain Car Show last year.

The car won the people’s choice award and I got a plaque for that.  The car also won the best in show.  Instead of a trophy they placed a picture on the cover of this years program and invited me to show the car at their booth for the 2 day tri state car show in the Denver coliseum this March. The email below gives the details.

Dick Thompson with the Collector Car Council of Colorado.  You were the Buick winner of our car show last year.

I have attached the flyer for the 2023 Rocky Mountain Car Show & Swap Meet.  We are featuring your car on this year's flyer as well as all printed marketing materials.  We will also feature it on the Programs we print up for the show.

We are having our annual Presidents night meeting on Feb 1st at the Rocky Mountain Metro Airport, at 11755 Airport Way, Broomfield, Co 80021.  We will have some snacks and a little socializing starting at 6:30PM and then the meeting at 7:30PM.  We have a very special award for you that we would like to present at 7:30PM.

On March 11 and 12th we will have a booth in the Sabers Tri State Auto Show at the National Western.  Tri-State Auto Show (  We would love to have your car featured in our booth area during the show.  As more details become available, I will let you know but just wanted to see if you would be interested in attending the show.
